- Items must be in Brand New, Unused, and Unwashed condition.

- Repackage: Place the brand-new, unopened bedding accessory securely inside its original protective packaging.
- Affix Return Label: Locate the pre-printed, postage-paid return shipping label enclosed in your delivery parcel, and affix it firmly over the original parcel label.
- Drop Off: Take the parcel to any designated Post Office branch or courier drop-off point stated on the label. Always request and retain proof of postage receipt.
3. Inspection & Refund Timeline
- Inspection Period: Once your return parcel arrives at our London facility, our quality team inspects the packaging within 3 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa or Mastercard).
