By accessing our site or ordering bedding accessories, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Consumer Protection & Hygiene Standards

Nothing in these Terms compromises your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that bedding accessories are hygienic consumer goods. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods unsealed from their protective hygienic packaging after delivery are exempt from standard returns.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted and charged in Pound Sterling (GBP, £).
• We accept payment exclusively via Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods are not supported.
• All orders are subject to card issuer validation and fraud prevention checks.

4. Delivery & 30-Day Returns

• Delivery is Free throughout the UK. Processing takes 1–2 business days (2:00 PM GMT cut-off); delivery transit takes 3–6 business days (estimated total: 4–8 business days).
• We provide a 30-day return policy. Returns are free of charge using the pre-printed return label included in your parcel. Returned bedding accessories must be strictly brand new, unopened, and unwashed.
• Refunds are inspected and processed within 3 business days of return receipt.
