1. Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards
Due to stringent UK health and hygiene regulations governing intimate sleep accessories (such as mattress toppers, mattress protectors, pillow encasements, and bed pads):
- Items must be in Brand New, Unused, and Unwashed condition.
- Goods must remain in their original, sealed retail packaging with all branded tags and instructional inserts intact.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that have been unsealed from hygienic protection wrappers, slept on, laundered, soiled, or altered cannot be accepted for return or refund.
2. How to Return Your Item (By Mail)
- Repackage: Place the brand-new, unopened bedding accessory securely inside its original protective packaging.
- Affix Return Label: Locate the pre-printed, postage-paid return shipping label enclosed in your delivery parcel, and affix it firmly over the original parcel label.
- Drop Off: Take the parcel to any designated Post Office branch or courier drop-off point stated on the label. Always request and retain proof of postage receipt.
3. Inspection & Refund Timeline
- Inspection Period: Once your return parcel arrives at our London facility, our quality team inspects the packaging within 3 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa or Mastercard).
- Settlement Currency: All refunds are issued in Pound Sterling (GBP, £). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for standard card banking clearance to reflect on your statement.
